Much like our process of balancing the chaos of innovation against the stability of the established order, our firm is a study in contradictions. While we’re only a few years old, we have decades of Silicon Valley experience. In helping restructure large firms suffering (or soon to suffer) from the effects of disruptive change, we create radically innovate startups to protect the large firms from the market forces threatening to overwhelm them. Many of our activities are consultative in nature, but our stance is quite the opposite. Our goal is to play a key role, as principals with skin in the game. Our practice is concentrated in Japan, where we have long-standing presence, and Silicon Valley, where we live.
